Sea days

First three days of the cruise were days at sea. Sean has had a blast playing with his cousins. He's been at Kids club until they close with Tyson, Maren and Sarah. One morning we had a family hour on the flow rider. Don did better than anyone.

Snow Day

We went to Nordic for tubing today. It was the perfect day, it actually felt warm after awhile. Nordic's tubing only has two trails and they don't let you link tubes or go down on your stomach so the kids were bored after an hour but still had fun. The tubes spin around sometimes which made me want to barf but that only happened to me once. Well, it kind of happened twice and that's when I stopped. The kids thought the spinning was great and tried to do it.

We went to Carlos and Hardy for Mexican food after we were done.

Ming Ting

Ming Ting and her cousin came for a visit over the Chinese New Year. It was fun to spend some time with her. She said her cousin had never had a turkey so we had a February Thanksgiving dinner.

She liked our little family 3D statue.

February

I couldn't get the Wi U to play on the big screen so the little girls improvised.

Mao Yu had a friend from China visiting for a couple of days.
Crazy hair day at school = unicorn hair.
I made a cake and Vally just reached her little hand in the side of it and grabbed a piece, and then another and another. I told her it wasn't her one year old smash cake. Silly gir.
I bought a fitbit and have been exercising for a whole 3 weeks.

Sean had the flu followed by asthma followed by more asthma followed by a stomach bug. He spent 8 hours at work with me in a bed in the empty classroom sleeping, eating and watching movies.

Amazing little girl

Steph had a meeting in California this week, AJ had school and Vally went to daycare so Khloe spent the day with me. After her breakfast of two pancakes from McDonald's we hit up DQ.

Khloe was sitting at the front desk in the classroom writing on a white board. We couldn't figure out what she was writing. I never thought she was dyslexic.
Smart kid was copying the sign up against the door backwards! The little marks over the letters were shadows from a tree the sign was leaning up against. That is one remarkable little brain.

She watched Pokemon in the classroom and drew pictures of Pokemon characters.
A wall full of pictures.
