Ahead of schedule

Steph sent me this picture last week and said "I think your house is done." I called Brandon on Monday and he said we can close next Friday. WHAT! That's crazy, 8 weeks ahead of schedule. We are scheduled for Friday so we will see if it really happens.

Teenager

Sean is getting teenage skin so I took him for a facial to get his blackheads removed. He didn't love it but said he would do it again.

 

Silent Music Celebration

Angela gets her piano students involved in the coolest performances. This one was at the movie theater and the kids played live to a silent film.

Sean was OK with me inviting Jennie. Jennie and Jack came. It was the first time they crossed into that part of Sean's world. I think they all had a good time.

 

Illinois

Don's Uncle Ross died so we made a quick trip back to Illinois for the weekend.

                                                    

Sean wanted to revisit the Bean in Chicago on the way home. We flew into Chicago, rented a car and then drove to Dewey.

 

Moving Classrooms

This picture has nothing to do with moving classrooms. I had a tooth that was bothering me so I went to the dentist. The tooth was cracked and I had to get a crown. I felt betrayed by my always strong teeth. The very young dentist reminded me that my teeth had been with me a VERY LONG time. Bite me little boy dentist. I asked him when he graduated from dental school and he said 2017.

Because classes will remain hybrid even after COVID we do not need three classrooms. We downsized to a really awesome classroom. It's a perfect location and saves us $2000 a month.

It took four movers 8 hours to move all our crap. And we got rid of a lot of crap!

Claudia's son Brett moved the mannequins. Freaky.
