SUP

Yep, SUP is the acronym for Stand Up Paddle boarding. The kids had a good time learning today from a 9 month pregnant lady named Sam.

Yes, Jackson did an extended handstand on a stand up board in the water.

At the beach

We didn't get in until after dark but I've missed by beach.

We went to Tallahassee on Thursday to see the girls since we didn't stop when we were at the airport. We just went and ate dinner with them and saw their new house. They are so grown up in the five months since I've seen them. Vally talks like she's in first grade and Khloe reads like she's in sixth.

Don gave Vally a little flower from a bush at Walmart. Vally loved that little flower and when it fell apart and tape would not fix it her heart was broken and she cried and cried that she needed another flower and it had to come from Grandpa.

Beach was empty when we first go here but has progressively filled up throughout the week.

 

Alika and Garrett

Alika the planner finally gave up on planning her camping wedding after COVID cancelled it twice. She and Garrett had a really nice, small exchange of vows reception at Bewilder. It was a perfect evening. Not what she had originally planned but it was a very nice evening and she was beautiful.

 

Two terms in a row

Honor's two terms in a row. Sean's almost completely independent with his online work now. He just needs reminders. He is hating Chinese and asking to quit. I keep telling him no one loves Chinese. I asked Mao Yu if anyone liked Chinese and she went into great detail about how awful her students have been. She has 100 days until she goes back to China. She is pretty much done and ready to go home. Three years is a long time but we are really going to miss her.
