| I'm selling one of the Cedar Springs condos to help pay for the Tallahassee house. Cathy and I went over to paint the door frame. |

| We had a new door put in and it looks great. |

| I listed it yesterday and have had two full price offers already. We will choose an offer on Tuesday. |

| The Tallhassee house is moving along. |

| We plan to move classrooms in July because our lease is up and we want something less expensive. I started moving out a bunch of the junk we have in the classroom. |
