Sean said "the house is smiling." And he's right. The house is smiling and so am I because it's PAID FOR!!! How's that for awesome. Paying this house off has been an obsession for me for five years. My goal was to have it paid off before I was 50. I didn't get it done before 50 but I got it done before 51! We've lived here for 13 and half years and it was a 20 year loan, so we did pretty darn good.
