| We haven't gotten the new fence repaired. Don got a bid from a company to come out and add the cement that didn't get poured when they installed the fence. Don has been painting the two bedrooms. I have been painting trim. We've had two families from the neighborhood come over wanting to rent. Steph has two families from DIA that want to rent. Renting isn't going to be our problem, it's getting it ready to rent. |

| We got new tile put in the back bathroom. That was progress. |

| We need to get the bathroom painted, the new doors put on the shower, the toilet installed, the mirrors, medicine cabinet and towel holders. That's a pretty big list and that's one little bathroom. |
