Planes, Uber, Boats and golf carts

Kylie and Brie took their first plane ride. Kylie said that I promised her years ago that I would take them on a plane when one of them was 12. I don't remember but off we went on a plane when she was 12. They were super excited. They didn't get to our house until close to 11. I didn't think they would get any sleep but the three of them did go to sleep. We got up at 6:30.

It was a two seat per row plane Kylie sat with me, Sean and Brie sat together and Don sat across from us.

Kylie was scared and excited but she did great. It was smooth flight and it only lasted 90 minutes.

We flew into Long Beach so we walked off the plane. There aren't many places you do that anymore.

We took an Uber to Bubba Gump's Shrimp for lunch. After lunch we had ice cream  then walked over to the Catalina Express. This is how the kids carrying their own backpacks ended.

They fell asleep on the boat too. It was hot but it got cold and windy pretty fast.
