Jenny signed relinquishment for Sean this week. I should be jumping up and down but I'm still worried. She didn't want to come to court in handcuffs and sign in front of a judge so she asked to have someone come to the jail and take her signature. Catherine sent an attorney over to get it. When he got there Jenny initially said she didn't want to sign because she would be in Odysee house in three weeks and not in handcuffs. That's the first I've heard of that. The attorney told her no he wouldn't come back in three weeks and she signed. He filed the paperwork the next day. But, the big BUT. She is supposed to sign reliquishment in front of a judge. Catherine and the attorneys she has consulted with think the judge should be OK with the signatures as Sean is not a baby, he's almost five. He's lived with us since birth. We've had custody of him for two and a half years and both parents signed notarized relinquishments. Now we have to wait for the court hearing. Still waiting, hoping and dreaming it goes through without anymore drama.
Ryan called and wants to come see Sean tomorrow and bring his little girlfriends. Hopefully, he won't show up, or if he does he will be satisfied and quit texting me.
Some silly pictures of Sean and Ethan
Yesterday I looked out the door to find Sean and Ethan on top of their respective mail boxes yelling yee haw, giddee up! Ethan's mailbox was rocking I thought he was going to rock right off.
Fun with bubbles.
