Both the bathrooms are done, new carpet is down and the furnace has been installed. The hallway needs painted, the sprinklers installed and the backyard leveled out and the outside of the house painted. The new renters are moving in May 1st. Woot, woot this has been a project. I sent in all the paperwork to the collection agency for our last renters. The house looks great!
